Shipping & Delivery

1. Airmail by Hong Kong Post. For all orders, we provide FREE shipping of Air Mail worldwide. Any orders above 16 USDs will enjoy Free Air Mail with Tracking Service automatically. Orders below 16 USDs can be upgraded to registered Air Mail with an extra 1.9 USDs only.

All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any.

A signature is required from the recipient upon the items' arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your items will arrive safely and directly to your appointed location. All parcels will be held for picking up if it can't be singed or delivered. So please provide us with correct and detailed shipping address with your phone number for the delivery.  P.O. Box address is acceptable for Airmail service. The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

2. EMS service. We also provide EMS service. At the shopping cart page, you can choose one country as the EMS destination and the system will automatically show the EMS shipping fee. And you can also check the shipping fee athttp://www.ems.com.cn/serviceguide/e-zi-fei-biao-zhun.html. Express Mail Service takes much less delivery time than Airmail, normally between 7-9 working days.  we are sorry P.O. Box address is unacceptable for EMS currently. For orders shipped to countries not covered by our EMS, please contact us at service@gameqo.com for a custom EMS quotation.

Shipping Time

Normally it takes less than 3-4 days for us to process and ship out your order. Usually it takes no more than 30 working days for the delivery by Air Mail and no more than 9 working days by EMS. We are sorry that we do not provide overnight shipping currently.

We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time, which is determined by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with parcel origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, carrier complications or customs delay.

Tracking

We provide free registered Air Mail with tracking service  for any orders above 16 USDs. If you need a tracking number for orders below 16 USDs, you can pay an extra 1.9 USDs to ungrade to registered Air Mail. After your order is shipped out, a tracking number and link will be sent to your email for online check.

For EMS, the online tracking number and link will be sent to your email after your order is shipped out.

Returns & Replacements

Before returning the items purchased from , please do contact us first through service@gameqo.com. We apply different policies to different situations.

DOA or defective items can be returned within 30 days of shipment (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email).

In this case, please kindly provide us with proofs as below: 
a) The photos of the original package from both the front and back sides 
b) The photos or videos of the dead items 
c) The photos, videos or screenshots showing the mal-function of the dead items

A reimbursement for the return shipping fee is available, provided that: 
1) The items are returned within 30 days after shipment; 
2) The return shipping fee is less than 30% (for Canada and U.S.A.) or 40% (for all other countries) of the items' total value.
Please provide us with the photos of the tracking number and the shipping receipt. We will cover all the shipping fee (according to the receipt you provided). If the return shipping fee exceeds the limit above, we are sorry you will have to cover the shipping fee incurred during your return and our resending.

If the items are defective (physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage excluded) after some time, they can be returned for exchange within 50 days of shipment (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email).

In this case, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:
a) The photos or videos of the defective items 
b) The photos, videos or screenshots showing the mal-function of the defective items

A reimbursement for return shipping fees is available, provided that:
1) The items are returned within 50 days after shipment;
2) The return shipping fee is less than 30% (for Canada and U.S.A.) or 40% (for all other countries) of the items’ total value.
Please provide us with the photos of the tracking number and the shipping receipt. We will cover all the shipping fee (according to the receipt you provided). If the return shipping fee exceeds the limit above, we are sorry you will have to cover the shipping fee incurred during your return and our resending.

For the unwanted items, you may return the items in their original conditions (unused and unopened with all tags attached) to us within 30 days of shipment (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). In that case we will refund you through the original form of payment, excluding actual shipping fees already incurred and the return shipping fee. Please do notify us in advance at service@gameqo.com before returning unwanted items. When returning for refund, it is recommended for customers to ship via a traceable method and offer us the tracking number, as will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping.

Important Notes:

1. Please make sure that you have checked the items before signing for the parcel. In case the items are defective or the parcel is empty, please do not accept the parcel and contact us later. 
2. Please do contact us at before returning items. will not be responsible for the returned items without notifying us in advance. And all items sent back to us must be in their original conditions with all tags attached. Otherwise the items will be returned to you. 
3. Please remember to include a note in your package including the following information: your order number; SKU number; quantity of the purchased products; and a short description of the problems. The items are your responsibility until they reach us. 
4. Please allow up to 15 working days from the date we receive your return to process your return or replacement. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment only. Please understand the original shipping fee is not refundable and a 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELLATIONS

If you want to cancel an order already placed, please contact our service team by Live Chat or service email ASAP. If your order has not been shipped out, we will cancel it and give you a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped, we will have no way to cancel it. After receiving your order you can decide whether to keep it or return it. If you want to return, please refer to our policy for UNWANTED items above.

We aim to arrange shipping of all 'in stock' items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. We are not able to supply dates when our suppliers may get an item in stock.

The Contract

After submitting an order to us we will pass you over to our trusted payment-processing partner (PROTX a partner of royal bank of Scotland streamline) to allow you to provide your payment details in the most secure environment.

NB. Streamline is part of the RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) Group and is one of the largest internet payment providers in the world. At no point do we store your credit/debit card details on our own computer systems.

Any notification e-mails are acknowledgments, not acceptance of your order.

No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and us until we dispatch the product(s) ordered. We will confirm that the product(s) have been dispatched by a confirmation e mail. This confirmation e mail amounts to an acceptance by us of your offer to buy goods from our company.

We may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will email to tell you so.

We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by emailing service@gameqo.com during our published office hours. You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our e mail confirming your order but no later than 7 working days after you receive the product by:

i. sending the notice of cancellation by e mail to service@gameqo.com ensuring that you quote your name , address and order reference number;

ii. Where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to us  unopened together with the original invoice . We will refund you the purchase price of the goods. Where appropriate we shall refund any additional customs duties borne by you on receipt of the relevant customs receipt.

Once we receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract  ( in accordance with these terms ), any sum debited to our company from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon possible and in any event within 30 days  of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by us in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to us.

We reserve the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion. We also reserves the right to make a charge for collecting goods from your premises in the circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Deliveries

We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages if an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied.

On signed for deliveries. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

Fraud/Verification Checks

From time to time, we receive possible fraud alerts regarding payments we are processing on the site. This is quite normal and can often be due to a mis-type postcode or a customer moving house etc. Depending on the circumstances, and for your security, we may place your order on hold temporarily whilst we carry out a simple verification of your details. This will quite often involve a very brief phone call from one of our operatives and is nothing to worry about.
